Greetings,  slideshow above showcases some of the projects that I have led and Onlined/Finished using Flame, Inferno, Smoke, and Flare.  Scope of work has included On-Set Visual Effects Supervision, lead flame, developing strategies with agency creatives, production, and artists, designing/setting up workflows and pipelines for jobs with multiple artists/locations/systems, Online Conforming/Finishing/Mastering/Versioning, Color, look development, problem-solving, effects design, compositing, clean-ups, rig removals, beauty & fashion works, car beauty work/sheet metal enhancements, as well as my recent efforts in Live Action.  Thanks for taking a look.  Complete command over multilayered, complex conforms (riddled with Speed Changes/Ramps/Time Warps) for the well thought-thru pre-distribution VFX shots prep work (prior to dishing the shots out to the fellow team members/artists/designers/creatives) for the job-specific upstream/downstream creative flexibility and for the production optimized workflow efficiency, and more importantly, for avoiding potentially time consuming and costly re-do's.  Complete command over Batch FX/Timeline and Modular Keyer modules and workflows with being able to use the BFX's Pre and Post capability for workflow efficiencies and problem solving/enhancements, in ways it wasn't really originally designed for.  Command over identifying cadence issues, fixing, enhancing/incorporating multi-framerate interlaced SD sources from the past, as well as the current interlaced HD/59.94i broadcast material into the standard finishing 23.98p timelines.
